5a. Barston Mail (Google Account Access)
Barston Mail is our internal tool that lets our own staff connect their company or personal Gmail mailboxes so our assistants can read, sort, and send email on their behalf. It is not offered to the public.
- Data accessed: With your permission, Barston Mail reads messages, sends messages you or our assistants compose, and moves messages to Spam in the mailbox you connect.
- Use: This data is used only to provide these email functions to the owner of that mailbox. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models.
- Storage: Access tokens are stored encrypted on our own servers and are never shared with third parties.
- Revoking access: You can disconnect at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by contacting us.
Barston Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
The public website does not currently load optional analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers may use technical cookies or process network information to protect the site. Submitting the contact form sends your entered information to our contact-form provider and designated business recipients. This notice is informational and does not consent you to marketing messages. If optional tracking is introduced, its controls and this policy will need to be updated before activation.
